Meet your Celebrity Chef!

Louis Lambert, chef, restaurateur, and author, grew up in Odessa, Texas and is a seventh generation Texan. 

After graduating from the University of North Texas and The Culinary Institute of America, he honed his culinary skills working in big city restaurants in New York and California before returning to his home state. 

Today Lou blends fine-dinning sophistication with big-flavor flair at his restaurants in Austin and Fort Worth.  He is a founding member and director of Foodways Texas.  His new cookbook Big Ranch, Big City is due for release in September of this year.
