Guests root and holler for their favorite chef as we contrast the old style cowboy cooking techniques of Paul Petersen, Gage Hotel to new world cooking style of Jason Dady, Lodge/Bin 555/Tre on the Viking Grill and then enjoy lunch with the chefs! Chef Petersen and Chef Dady will take the culture and flavors of their restaurant to the top showcasing beef in their own unique way. Chef Tiffany Collins, TBC's Culinary Director and "Miss Jane" Nickles, wine instructor at the Texas Culinary Academy and the owner of "WineSpeak 101" will fire up the chefs and the crowd taking the challenge to the limit!

Texas Fall Fest & Texas Wine Auction has a two-fold purpose: to expose the public to the merits and importance of Texas wine and food by spotlighting the best wines, foods, chefs and restaurants in our state and to raise funds for much needed Texas wine research as well as for other worthy healthcare needs.
